North Carolina ranks 48th in per-pupil funding ($4,655 below the national average) and dead last when it comes to school funding effort. Simply put, we are not doing enough to support public education in our state.

As a mom, it saddens me that North Carolina women are losing their right and freedom to reproductive choice. The decision must be left up to the woman, her partner, and their physician.
